Information you give us
When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide (such as name, company, email, phone, title, inquiry type, and message). We use this information only to respond to you, evaluate business and teaming opportunities, and, if you opt in, send occasional updates. We do not sell your information.
Resumes
When you submit a resume through our Careers page we collect your name, contact details, talent area, clearance level, optional LinkedIn profile and note, and your resume file. Resumes are emailed to our leadership team and stored in a private folder on our hosting account that is not accessible from the website. We use them only to consider you for PivotClear opportunities and keep them for up to two years unless you ask us to delete yours sooner by emailing info@pivotclear.com.
Cookies
Strictly necessary: stores your cookie choice in your browser. Always on.
Analytics (optional): with your consent we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure visits, time on page, pages viewed, referral source, and general location (city or region). Clarity may record anonymized session interactions such as clicks and scrolling to help us improve the site. Form fields are masked. These tools do not load until you click Accept or enable analytics in cookie settings.

Third parties
Our website is hosted by DreamHost. Analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft under their privacy terms. Links to other sites, including ServiceNow and news sources, are governed by those sites' policies.
